Ancient Coin and Spell thief changes need work
I'll start with ancient coin:

It completely lost health regen. - This was one of the biggest reasons why supports picked it up. You got health as long as you were not zoned too far by the lane, with is what a lot supports needed if they were counterpicked / struggling in lane. An easy fic for this is to make it so coins can restore a small amount of health on pickup. This will also offset any harass you may get.

Coin was changed because is promoted passive gold gain, yet passive gold is being put on it - Gold per 5 is a passive stat with invisble power, and it doesn't make the income better if you can't pick up coins.

Competes more with Relic Shield than Spellthief - I see no reason for supports like
to take coin with these changes anymore. (I only play a little of Janna and Lulu, so those are more up in the air). _Basically the state of coin is that tank/melee supports are going to take either coin or relic shield, whichever one is strongest at the time and ranged are going to be forced to get an awkward coin purchase or go spellthief _ -
Late Game the passive works against you - If you are sieging under tower later in the game, how are you going to get coins? You can't just willy-nilly step under tower to collect them. You need to wait for the tower to fall to get them, and that is if they are even there at that point. You also can't walk out of tower range to collect them if you are being sieged on. Thresh at least can pick them up from range with a good opportunity cost, but many supports don't have this luxury.
I only have 1 problem with spellthief changes and that is:
- **The "Quest" reward is awful ** - Think about all the supports that build this item now.
Almost all of them already have a speed boost on their kit. In fact, the supports that _may swap to it, Soraka, Zilean, and even Janna also have speed boosts.
If anything, this promotes more of the kill lane / mage supports going around, as they use it most:
