Why the hell do we have a champ that at the lower ELO doesn't get nerfed when a similar champ (*cough Yi) got nerfed for the same team wiping abilities.
A good Kat can hope to champ to champ before being targeted for a CC doing reset after reset with an AoE that has a 1.5 ratio on it.
