Juggernaut Patch Should Have Been Pre-Season

With this many changes happening right at the peak of ranked play, why would Riot release a patch with this many champion reworks? This is one of those patches that, by all reasonable thinking, should have been saved for pre-season when people aren't trying to climb.

But then again, Riot doesn't care what the community has to put up with as long as they get to make the LCS less boring.
