Riot: We've noticed players don't like being forced into certain map or mode in missions

Assumed meaning: So we will try to balance mission so that they can be fairly accomplished and enjoyed by players regardless of whether they play SR, TT, ARAM or RGM.

Real meaning: So we'll make 1/3 of missions bound to SR objectives or much easier to grind in SR and 1/3 literally requiring you to play SR and 1/3 impossible to achieve. Yolo.

Riot: We also noticed you dont like being forced to play certain champs and wont force you to play in a trolling manner.

Also Riot: were going to force you to win with a damn near trolling team comp. Oh and your not valid if you dont have friends who play league.

I mean right now it's Worlds time. Don't expect to see much missions that can't be done out of SR

"It's worlds, play the game how we want you to or get out"

Almost as bad as a few years ago when Riot's policy was instead "It's worlds so we are literally not going to touch the balance state of the game for 2 straight months" right after they completely decimated Cassiopeia with the Shurima rework.

That reasoning would be understandable if Riot hadn't explicitly cited "Win an ARAM game" as an example of bad Mission design. If Missions rotated between maps (i.e. some are HA-exclusive, others are TT or SR-exclusive), there wouldn't be a problem for Worlds Missions to be based around SR. However, Riot mentioned "Missions that require you to play a particular queue you don't normally play," specifically calling out ARAM Missions, are bad design, but then immediately followed up with SR missions.
