Riot runs leak-awareness survey with Omega Squad

Seems like Riot makes a survey which tests whether majority of people were informed via the leak or not. I wonder what that means?

Whether they are evaluating whether it is worth continuing in other skins that were equally leaked If too much people know about them already, or whether they just want to know If announcing specific skin themes so soon may actually be profiting as many people still keep being frustrated about certain champs missing skins (while ehm... another annual Fizz skin... ehm...) even though some of said champs were announced to recieve skin this year.
