Very Hard Engage1 voteswould only be useful for her ultimate.
her Q would push the wave and invite ganks, her snare doesn't stop auto attacks, so it just forces the carry to attack and blow everything.
what you would be designing is a kill lane, however shes far too squishy and doesn't have the base damages to do so.
so overall, id say no.
