What's happening with Kha'Zix? Potential buffs?

I don't see a reason that Kha'Zix passive doesn't apply to large creatures. It would be a nice jungle clear buff.

He has some of the slowest jungle clears of any jungler, even after getting items (many junglers have a slower first clear, but one or two items makes them insane [Vi]) which seems rather stupid when his ganking potential was put down the toilet. I understand that he is problematic, in that he is either trash or too good, not for the reasons Urgot or Taric are, but just because of his evolve mechanic, but he has one of the lowest win rates.

Historically, a champion would not be nerfed into unviability unless there was a rework planned (maybe 3-4 years in advance, but still planned.)

Viktors augments were to blame for his unviability (that and his ultimate silencing) but a rework of those helped. Is there any chance that Kha'Zix might see an evolve rework?

While Kassadin, Nidalee, and Ryze were reworked, they ended up being gutted. Is this a failed rework or laziness on the balance issues? Can we expect Kha'Zix to suffer the same without ever even being reworked?
