What's everyone's opinion on what champions are toxic?

I personally can't stand going up against the typical annoying bunch: Irelia, Jax, Akali, Sion, Leblanc but i also can't stand Miss Fortune, and Xin Zhao.

Irelia and Jax are just overloaded with the Sterak changes way back that buffed their ratios considerably. While their winrates aren't disgusting it is very very difficult to play against them once they have two items (Trinity and Sterak's) which is usually accompanied with a Tiamat for free instant waveclear.

The kit for Akali is just gross which the shroud being probably one of the most hated abilities as of late and her burst being so out of the blue.

Leblanc is by far the safest assassin in the game with her long ass tether that keeps her out of harms way too well and her ability to disengage a fight with no effort. For an assassin she plays with barely any risk with high reward.

Sion, the tank with over 3k health at 20 minutes. The buff to his W probably needs reverted or at least other parts of his kit (damage) being taken away from to compensate for how he can get so tanky with little effort. Inting Sion is also horrible to play against since taking the enemy buff after he "dies" allows him to keep the buff after respawn so it simultaneously screws over your jungler and top laner.

Miss Fortune as a champion isn't even the problem. It's the one-shot builds that accompany her with their infinite scaling. Getting auto'd or Q'd once by her and being either killed or kicked out of the fight entirely really does justice in creating fun and interactive gameplay.

Xin Zhao is on my list soley because I'm a Kindred main. I just hate how sticky his kit is with a dash, two slows, and a knockup. I pretty much have to avoid him until he begins to fall off since the chances of beating him in a 1v1 is very slim.

So yea, I see most people complain about Irelia, Akali, and Leblanc but was wondering if anyone found anything not particularly meta as toxic.
