Her average winrate right now is 47.85%. That's bad, but not horrible. Nowhere near the 43% you claim. About expected, for a champion that's strong in pro-play and weak in solo.
She also has an above-average pickrate for jungle (2.48% versus 1.53% average).
Probably still too strong in pro-play, I'm assuming.
