Time to Rebalance Summoner Spells: An Unpopular Opinion?
Imo if you are gonna establish the Chinese Meta, you must do in all senses, I mean for all the stuff in the game, not only damage. And that's why you must change Summoner Spells. The 2 most important reasons are: 1st beacuse most games now have a duration of +/- 25 minutes, not all of course, and 2nd because of flashy plays.
This post is an example of a possible rebalance of them, mostly in cooldown, becuase be in mind, currently status of your Summoner Spells are balanced around the (longed for) old meta, while games lasted 40-50 minutes so you were able to use flash, 8-10 times, and now, where damage and mobility are insane you long for constantly use flash every second you have not.
So here it goes, my prototype proposal:
I'm gonna establish 4 tiers of cooldown, which correspond to, Tier A, Tier B and Tier C (Most Useful, Useful and Less Useful, respectively) and The Special Tier.
Tier A: 4 minute cooldown:

. These are the most used, maybe teleport isn't, but you know, it allows you to do base rushes.
Tier B: 3 and half minute cooldown:
,
,
. Used frecuently to survive wich in this meta is very hard.
Tier C: 3 minute cooldown:
,
,
. Less or even not used.
Special Tier (S tier or Tier S, not recommended the second one wich maybe will cause confusion): 1 minute cooldown:
,
and any variant of this last Summoner Spell.
And this is my opinion, but which is yours? Mostly important, Riot's opinion.
