Is there any chance for Team Builder to make a come back?

I honestly miss TB where you can literally play any champ any where any time. It is especially needed at times where you wanna play and learn a particular champ of any role. I honestly would prefer having TB replaced with the clown fiesta that is Blind pick. I'm not sure if I and a few majority are the only ones who'd prefer it back since I literally don't see anybody speaking up about it anymore, so I thought it was worth the shout out and just hopefully could get into riot's consideration even if its at 1%. It really doesn't have to replace blind pick, but I suggested the replacement so it can drastically decrease its queue time.
