evrey champion is op

there are like 20 something "overwhelming" "OP" must-bans, I'm honestly no longer convinced that any of them are so OP.

I supposed any of them could be slightly tweaked so that they have more specialized power, but all in all I don't really think there is a lot of NEED per se for any nerfs on the champions

the thing that I'd rather see, is that the champions that are forgotten in time start seeing some nudges and buffs to try to get them on the same level
