So -313 out of.....how many players?

Insignificant.

I'm sure this post will be downvoted, but it is correct. The majority of LoL players don't visit the boards or Reddit. They don't even know this is being discussed. As far as they're concerned, DQ is just how it is now, and they're going to have to get used to it.

And Riot knows that.

We are nowhere near the level of community response that would actually influence Riot's decision making.

A poll was recently made(that's not rigged like lyte's pile of shit statics) showing that 63% of all people who voted(over 5k) wanted solo queue implemented.

Hell even big names in league chipped in saying they wanted solo queue back.

not saying dynamic queue is bad(it sort of is) Just wish we'd get solo queue back. you can keep dynamic queue for yourself if you'd like. I'm just simply tired of playing with premades

I mean, idk where the information is that Lyte's stats are fabricated but...

Still. 5000 players polled, 63% want solo queue. That's still very insignificant to the total player base. I'm sure you could've found like 3200 players who want LeBlanc deleted or to keep dominion.

Just because something is desired doesn't mean it should happen. I'm sure 100% of people polled would want skins to cost nothing, or certain logical things changed. But the fact is that dynamic queue isn't opposed enough to be changed. Sure it's inconvenient sometimes but it's not enough to really piss any sort of majority off.
