I remember back in the day when you'd be lucky not to see a Xerath in one of your matches. He has a lot of damage, insane range, and 2 very strong forms of crowd control. Did he stop getting played because of some nerf I'm not aware of? I thought I remembered hearing something about his range getting reduced. Could that be why?
He is still broken imo....60000 range and also 340 movement speed rofl.
Probably because Lux does long range better and Ahri does mid range cc / mobility better.
I've been playing him in norms a lot recently. I've noticed that I'm very hit or miss with him... In a literal sense. Either I'll get some kills early and snowball, or I'll get deleted and be completely useless.
It's also hard to play a squishy, immoble champ due to how useless towers currently are. I've lost to tower dives at level 3 because I missed a stun. zzz
