Can we optimize this game?

Do you have any ideas how we can bring LoL into a balanced state? :D Except things that we already know, like nerfing Yasuo :V I remember when I first started in s5 I found the game enjoyable...and even in s6, but after things just got worse for me and I guess Im not the only one. Maybe all the mobility in the game and champions like Zoe with little to almost zero counterplay just make the game feeling this way... or maybe is the itemization? The constant changing in every patch? Like, people complaining about a champion dealing too much damage and in the next patch he gets his movement speed nerfed by 5 and Riot is like "there u go, its fixed now"... I guess all this things really add up to what League is today :D If you could fix something at this game, what you would fix?
