Bring back old morello, and make new morello a separate item

I think old morello was a great first item choice for mages who benefitted from mana sustain and cdr which is a lot of mages and they tried to replace it with ludens echo changes(costs 400 more and not gold efficient), but this new morello is now an ideal item for mages that dont require mana and want to be somewhat tanky with magic pen/ap stats such as vladimir, akali, mordekaiser, katarina. They should just make the morello item kinda like ravenous vs titanic hydra , and let the player choose which item they want to build depending on the champion they are playing.
