Issues with the reworked Pantheon (((IMO)))
First of all, the Visual and Audio updates on everything are sick as fuck, as well as the updated lore.
But in game, The problems that current pantheon has still remain with reworked pantheon. Late and sometimes mid game, he does fuckall for damage. And if you shut him down early game he becomes basically useless.
They made his only damaging ability a skillshot. His W, a stun, has always dealt no damage, but then they removed a gigantic chunk of Pantheon's burst damage with his E. I can understand that you can't give an ability with an invulnerability damage. I assume riot thought: Well, you can't give a champion with an ** invulnerability** insane amounts of damage
But...
And arguably
plus any mage who goes 
But bigger than this, what annoys me is the removal of his passive.
His passive gave him a way to play around top laners such as

and he will now have a harder time dealing with them.
His passive was one of the most iconic parts of his kit and I am very confused on why they removed it and replaced it with an invulnerability on an ability with a long ass cooldown.
Currently Keegun, #1 Panth has been practicing him tank/tanky frontliner support like Braum.
Also I am irritated by the usual clickbait bullshit on Youtube: "REWORK PANTHEON 100% BUSTED DEFINITELY NERFED FREE LP" and the dumbasses who fall for this because someone got fed on him one game.
TLDR/Conclusion: Panth feels as if he is even weaker in terms of damage throughout all stages of the game (except super early and mid if he is fed) and will have a hard time staying semi-relevant in the top lane.
