Can we place Unranked/Iron/Bronze in games only together? Norms as well?

These are people who either get their games ruined by or ruin the games of other players due to lack of game knowledge.

Genuinely I'm not trying to flame, but they don't understand the game at the same level yet as the higher ranks, so they're either guaranteed to have a bad time, or cause other players to have a bad time. Everyone can see their rank, mastery, everything before game, and just decide to focus them for an easy win. It's not fair to them, or their team.

Just having ONE of them placed into a Silver/Gold/Platinum MMR game on a team dooms that party. Normal matchmaking is so bad can't you just hard separate Unranked, Iron, and Bronze into their own games so everyone has a better experience?

At least with an unranked you don't know what you're getting, they might be the right MMR, but I think having people play ranked to be placed into matchmaking appropriately is important.

Silver players are just as bad. I've seen some horrible Silver players who have no clue what they're doing and feed worse than people in Bronze. Gold players usually at least have a general idea of how to play their champion. Whether that's because a lot of new players get placed in Silver or something else I don't know but Silver belongs in the low elo bracket.

I think norms should be for Challengers only. Everyone else is just bad and ruining the game.
