If Miasma cannot go over....

It doesn't even go over destroyed towers which are about as high as Teemo. My opinion is it should go over walls unless the W range hits before the half way point of the wall, if it does it stops before the wall. If the range falls behind half across the wall it should land behind the wall. So sometimes half the spell could land behind and the other half in front.
