Mastery Re-tuning

Dear Riot,

I would like to eventually, perhaps, in my life time, get Mastery Rank 8 on Kindred. I realize that I do not play so well some games, but if I have substantially benefited my team I feel I should sometimes, just maybe, break out of the A range and into the S range. This isn't just an issue with one champion, it is an issue with a lot of champions. I suggest that a soft reset of the baselines for what counts as an S-, S, and S+ be enacted with the next large patch.
