Can we "upgrade" our older supports?

Kits like Blitzcrank and Thresh really can't compete with that monster Pyke or a lot of the other supports who received attention in buffs. Thresh's ult for example doesn't really do much against the ridiculous mobility out there. Why not give it like two prisons (small and large-sized in circumference) of fortification? And not sure why Blitz hasn't gotten any buffs because it's extremely punishing to miss your one good cc ability when it costs 1/3 of your mana pool and leaves you pretty much useless for 18-20 seconds. Can he get a serious mana buff and maybe improve his ult passive or remove the slow on his W? Idk, but it'd just be nice to give therm some love too for once in a couple of seasons.

How about we start nerfing the fuck out of these overloaded kits and stop creating new champions with more overloaded kits.

Yep, it would be great. Leona also may need some gameplay tweaking.

I'm guessing Blitz doesn't receive much changes because of how punishing his kit is to play against. If you get grabbed by a Blitz (especially post level 6), 90% of the time, that means your death.
