ARAM: Where fun goes to die

It's always what you hate in unbalanced matchups. The RNG favouring one team or the other into being stomped or being stupidly strong all because they got lucky. To put it into perspective, imagine always being an all adc comp vs assassins + burst mages. There is simply no winning against the constant CC and auto attacks won't do crap because you'll either be dead or stunned.

Very rarely have I ever gotten to fight a fair random matchup, I mean just recently I had a decent comp of Kayle (me), Bard, Ashe, Sion and Riven. But guess what they had? Morgana, Veigar, Gnar, Nidalee and Fiddlesticks. Constant AP burst (and AD burst because of mini-Gnar W passive) alongside chain CC and AOE damage in all directions in such a narrow mid-only lane.

I could have just used Kayle to use invincibility on my highest damage dealer right? Wrong, because my ult does not stop CC, and my heals do nothing but offer a speed boost. Sion? He couldn't tank the Veigar who's been stacking off of assists for the whole time with magic penetration.

It's never fun getting stomped, it's no fun stomping. I don't care about winning or losing, I only want an ARAM game where I laugh if I lose and feel satisfied I won. It's about the fun experience that this RNG favouring is not giving.

To be honest, I'd have like 90% less salt about ARAM if they just enabled all the champions specifically for this mode. At least this way, people who never play champions have a chance to try them all.

And salty whinos like myself can't complain about team comps.

That's why I never play ARAM. That "Fun Gamemode" isn't fun at all, especially because there are some players that have what's called an ARAM account.

ARAM account: A League account that only has champions with high range and high damage poke abilties and/or spammable abilties. Favored champions are the likes of Lux, Ziggs, Nidalee, Katarina, etc.

As strange as it sounds, there are people out there that ONLY play ARAM and have an account designed to "beat the odds". Of course they still have the free champion rotation, but they are very likely to get a "good pick".
