Zac's ult is where he starts bouncing around... You mean his E, the jump? Nocturne's is telegraphed because it's targeted and a LOT longer range. Zac's is very easy to dodge and relatively short range. Zac's is also MORE telegraphed if you have wards because the jump takes several seconds to charge, whereas Noc can just ult and then target a person almost immediately after. And Noc's ult is "telegraphed" by darkening the screen, reducing his opponents' vision range, which it does to ALL enemies. You have no clue if you're his target or not until the little mark appears below you indicating that he is currently dashing to you, by which point it's much too late.

fucking wAHT

you are comparing an assassin/bruiser to a tank... WTF? his E has two cast times, a charge and a travel time. A shadow appears on the ground where he is going to land. His ult is also incredibly telegraphed.
