RAMMUS

Okay i love rammus hes my guy. I loved how he played and what he said. the rework took care of a few issues he had but it feels off. I play top lane rammus alot and while it feels as if his jg may be better his laning phase is garbage now he so weak early off which was oof set by his ability to upgrade his w to make his resistance soar through the roof enough to give him some sustain while the first few levels go down but now its flat 20 he does most of his damage by getting hit. so it hurts me when i see him so weak and powerless early off. i love the new Q his w is my biggest issue his flat rate hurts him early game and his new slow just makes it worse. IF your a rammus main or player the most satisfying thing you can o is listen to minions pop as u stand there in W form. his e is okay but why dont they just do reduced damage to you rathe then attack speed it would make more sense with his kit being how it is.

honestly im upset with his rework.

how i would of done it would have been: PASSIVE spikes reflect 10% armor damage to basic attacks or abilities increase armor for a few seconds. Q kept the reworked q since it does provide counter play. W kept the scaling w but added the slow form rework E TAUNT INCREASES YOUR ARMOR OR REDUCES DAMAGE DONE BY THE TAUNTEE R REALLY HAD NO ISSUes with the ult ever so eh.

Over all i believe rammus to be weak against ap users, true damage and armor shredders but strong against adcs and basic attack champs like xin and yi. there is counter play but you have to build it and have the knowlage to defend agaisnt it. i believe thy tried to make rammus into a group where he doesnt belong. he doesnt depend on basic attacks or even he skill shots. he should be a living embodiment of thornmail. hes an spikey armored armadillo thing not a burst mage or a caster
