lets talk about scavenger jungle item

Ok me and my friends have played so many games and ive only seen this item when it was released on tank nunus and then they started taking chilling. Riot this item is only played if the enemy team dosnt have a jungler because it gives small amounts of extra gold and movement speed and a quicker respaen time on smite. To buff this item i suggest creating a stacking system to 70 gold extra every minute if you take a camp with movement speed that last longer but make it the same spawn time as the others. I really hope these changes are made because the item now is complete garbage and is almost never picked in ranked. pls like if you agree.
