I feel Riot either has lost control, or is getting very close of losing control of League. A few imbalances here and there are one thing. Yet it just seems like one thing after another, these updates are making it worse. Is the money going to their head? Do we have a new EA in our midst?

Yes that is overly dramatic, they arent anywhere near that bad
