I was just in a game where a Twitch went 8/0 within 10 minutes and my whole team was just flaming each other. Not saying I deserve Diamond or anything higher than where I'm at, but I was wondering, how did you people even manage to go up a tier?

it would be nice to recieve some morale from the big daddys up there, so plz talk to me [slayer-jinx-catface]

1-Recognize everyone is either stupid, salty, or just playing bad, take advantage of this.

If you practice hard enough you will realize you are actually better, and smarter than your peers in bronze. Use this knowledge as a confidence booster, also use it to take advantage of your enemy team. Bronze is a elo where everyone is bad, so it allows you to get creative and to just go ham. It allows you the oppurtunity to get easy solo kills, it allows you the oppurtuntiy to heavily out farm.

2-Use step one to turn into a snow ball. Open the map

Getting a gold lead means nothing if you don't share the love with your team. After you win your lane, look for roams, ask yourself "which lane is the easiest lane to help out?" once you make a decission, camp the fuck out of that lane, and push for towers. The moment you get towers and end lane phase, you have now opened the map.

3-It's time to group

Once you opened up the map by taking a tower or two, make sure to demand your team to group. You have a gold lead, use it and abuse it. Over power the enemy team with your superior siege, you have more gold, you can win any team fight.

4-Never waste time, always look for what you can take after kills/picks

The moment someone is off the map, that means you now have what we call in hockey a "power play" a power play means, you have more people on the map than the enemy team, abuse that fact, and look for something to take. Can you get baron? Dragon? a tower? Always look for objectives, never waste time.

Minor tips

-Play champions who either have lots of cc, or lots of burst, cc and damage is what solo carries games, look for champions who offer that

-Remember to ward

-Constantly think in how can you punish your opponent

-Build path properly, don't waste gold on stupid shit.

from, a person who has never ended a single season in bronze, but started every season as bronze.

Season 4-silver season 5-gold season 6-gold (almost hit plat, but gave up after a bad loss streek)

You will progressively get better over time. Instead of grinding ranked without having a full outlook on the components of league, you should focus on getting better at each aspect of the game in normals first. This will allow you to improve on your game knowledge and skill overall.

I try to have amazing map control and presence. If you don't see me, you should fear where I'm appearing or what I'm doing.

I got placed in Silver 2 and ended in Silver 2. So I can't give a lot of tips on how to climb. One important thing is to not play when you're tilted, and playing ranked only at your best condition. Don't play ranked if you're sick, tired, if your hands are cold, etc. That's how I got demoted back to Silver 2 after climbing up to Gold 5 promos.

CS, CS, CS, CS, CS. Nonstop, taxsation sensation on people and be 3 lvls hgihger than everyone else most of the game only to surprise everyone with your idiotic damage and take towers. Thats how you get to atleast gold. Git Gud beyond that for higher than gold.

I got out of bronze in season 2 by maining support. Janna and Soraka to be specific. The thing is, in bronze everyone sucks at supporting / doesn't want to do it. So by maining support and being somewhat ok at it, you give your team a big advantage of having a team full of people in their main positions, and you're probably better than the enemy support who likely git autofilled into it. My strat was "protect the adc", since I didn't trust my team to follow up with me if I played a kill support. Took me around 110 games to climb from bronze 3 to gold 5 at a 70% winrate on Janna and Soraka.

The best advice I ever got (and I'm platinum) was that playing League is often times not about getting fed and carrying, but more like playing dodgeball and trying to avoid getting hit (dying). In upper elo, you wait for your opponent to slip up rather than slip up yourself. In your case? The best advice I can give YOU as a bronze player is to simply practice. You need to focus on actually improving, both mechanically and logically. You have to be able to identify when you're making a mistake, and identify how to rectify that. Are you extended in top and have no ward? Ward. Do you wanna make a sick flash play? Make sure you get it right. If you want to improve without improving, get a wired connection to the internet and play unlocked screen (if you're not used to it, just hold space the whole game, you're not using your thumb anyways). As well, better peripherals can make a huge difference (mouse and monitor especially, but make sure you have at least 60 frames consistently). If you want to actually get better at the game, then do as I said. Focus on getting better, learn to identify mistakes that both you and your opponent make. Learn how to punish enemy mistakes without putting yourself at risk. Look at the minimap more (bronze players are particularly bad because even when they do ward, they don't look at their minimap often enough to make use of the vision). If you improve like that as a reasonable pace, you'll be able to beat out any bronze player in lane every game. From there it's just a matter of closing out the games and promoting. When it comes to closing out games, the best thing I can tell you is to give competent players gold. Don't take every kill, especially since you're not a diamond level player; you simply won't be able to close when you have the entire team gold lead. Be sure to share gold, and get dragons. Hope that kind of helped a little. If ye have any questions feel free to ask!

EDIT: I should also realize you're bronze, and being bronze, there are some very obvious tips which I'm sure you've heard before. CS constantly, hate yourself if you miss a cannon minion. Please god don't overextend, and almost never tower dive. If you can get a turret, get it. Simple as that.

I climbed out of bronze twice (s3, s4) out of silver twice now too:D (Just got gold again today!)

I made a video of how Ive done it year after year. Theres a million challanger tier guides of how to escape bronze.. but what the hell do they know about being bronze? NOTHING, they are essentially playing a completely different game. I figured there needed to be a guide for bronze/silver, from someone that was in your position.. Me:D

well, there is several things you can do.

  1. Snipe people. I don't mean skill shot, no, no, not at all, I mean what you want to do is go to LoLnexus.com Type in your summoner name, Look at every ones match history, and look for some one who ether Fed really hard last game, or is on a huge losing streak and you beat his ass in hopes he AFKs, every time you kill him, Flash your mastery and /all chat taunt him.

  2. Meta chase. Follow the meta, Only play whats really powerful (Above a 53% win rate) and I promise you will climb, as long as you practice at least 10 games before going into ranked.

  3. Abuse items. I kept this one short because I could literally type a 100 page essay on how to abuse items.

A lot of this is vague but, it works.

For me, I went up a tier because of Ziggs top, I have been playing ziggs since season 3 I probably have over 1,000 games of him and I can look you in the eye and tell you, honestly with no doubt in my mind. Ziggs is the most broken champion in LoL. Played right, you will only lose lane if you get hard camped.

The build I used for ziggs is item 3285 item 3020 item 3089 item 3157 item 3100 item 3135

your passive, every so often your passive lets your AA's do plenty more damage, your ability(s) also reduce the cool down of your passive.

your Q will hit over 700 damage +the ludens ekko proc AA+the AA is empowered with lich banes passive, and if your passive is up+ Thunderlords decree , you will flat out one shot anything that isn't a tank.

use your W use your satchel to escape, or you bounce them back into your land mines. (Takes practice but, is well worth learning)

E land mines do over 300+Damage each, procing ludens ekko,+Lich bane+Auto Attack+Thunder Lords Decree+passive and they are slowed a few seconds.

R At max build, if the target is in the center of the explosion (Marked be the skull in the center of ziggs ult) +procs Ludens ekko, you are looking at over 1465 damage

the best part is, its a free poke lane It doesn't matter who you are against.
