Is Graves still a good jungler?

I remember seeing him a while back tearing it up, but I haven't seen him in a while and I'm wondering if he's still good. Did he get like a game changing nerf or is he just not in the meta?

He's good at counter jungling. As graves you should try to kill or steal from the enemy jungler as much as possible.

Don't know why you're getting so many downvotes, he's pretty good last I saw. Don't know his build path tho, don't know if he still goes crit or Deaths Dance Steraks or something.

Likely because there's still a lot of residual salt over Graves jungle, so any mention of it gets downvoted without actually reading the post.

To answer the question, he's finally balanced. He's gonna do what an AD carry would do but you have AD carry defensive stats rather than having 18 in resolve and Strength of the Ages
