Slumming it with low levels as a ranked level 30

my thoughts are that anyone who is ranked gold or higher should not be able to play with against anyone who isnt at least level 30. i have playing a game with a level 4 and im level 30 and ranked silver 5, yet me and my friend were not only put into a match with a level 30 but he was ranked plat 4. now i understand that riots matchmaking has limits but they really need to restrict certain ranks from totally abusing anyone below level 20 while playing with people under level 10.

I had a totally unranked, pre-30 team vs three golds and two pre-30's. The gold's lost.

make a smurf and play with your friend til he/she gets to level 20 and then back on your main.
