Like honestly, I am so tired of the champion I've hovered in lobby getting banned by some jerk who couldn't take an extra second to look at the screen, or some toxic person that hates the champion you like and bans them.
Is there any reason this hasn't already been done???

Yes, it takes all of 2 seconds to realize that it would be abused so hard. It's like asking 'Hey, I want the trolls to have way more tools to troll me.'

I'm a troll. I don't want to wait for a game and I want my favorite role. With this system in place I queue up as Support, then hover <broken champion here>. I tell my team I'll only unhover (letting them ban it) if they trade roles, otherwise I'll let the enemy team pick it and play Katarina Support.
If I swap my hovers fast enough (most likely a la scripting) I can prevent my ally from banning any champion, forcing them to be the one to dodge and I can repeatedly troll lobby after lobby.

Hethalean4 votesIt's definitely not reasonable to behave childishly (the running it down mid to 'punish' someone... like really? lol i know there is no minimum age to play this game) because someone banned your champ. Whenever I see it, it is never intentional to ban someone's champ. The times that I see them get banned intentionally is because the person wanted someone that is OP and is like last pick guaranteeing them not getting it anyway because the other team would pick it.

lol yes it is. I have met plenty of people who do it on purpose and just say "meh, play another champ" and met tons of douche bags here who do it because "you aren't first pick".
