I actually see this preseason smoothing out
It's not nearly as bad as before. I wish the quinn ult changes were reverted but other than that I feel the game is moving in an acceptable direction.

It's not that bad, except olaf is the new master yi who cant be cc d at all during his ult and can still build tanky and still do a lot of damage.
