Despite endless complaint over Quinn rework...

Riot shows no signs of canceling her rework.

As much as I like Quinn in her extremely versatile state I'm not even complaining about the changes in this particular post.

I'm just annoyed with the fact that when the rework comes through there will be tons of threads negatively addressing the mistake this is going to be, And that Riot KNEW the feedback would be horrible because 95% of the people who are testing her on PBE are against it and I believe the live servers will feel the same.

This makes it seem like the PBE is pointless because this rework, along with the cass, morde, and several others have had endless feedback saying NO, and riot says "yes, despite 90% negative feedback we feel this will still go well."

They've been wrong several times and still refuse to listen to the people they appointed to test the game.

That is what's frustrating.

Same thing happened with Fiora. She was only really accepted when they gave her ridiculous numbers. Any champion can be good if you give them insane numbers, that's not the point.

As it stands now, Rammus' Q is better than Quinn's ult. It can atleast be used as an escape, doesn't take 2 seconds to channel, and doesn't cancel off of some caster minion's basic attack. Now they could make the movement speed as ridiculous as they want, get rid of channeling completely, make it uncancellable, and it would still be boring. At the end of the day, it's a movement speed boost. Not even CC immunity / attack speed steroid like Yi's. Sure, it has no cooldown, but realistically how many times are you going to be using Quinn's ult per minute?

I am actually sick of seeing people bitch about Quinn...She is the only ADC in the game that required you to become a Melee Carry to be fully effective.

Lets face it...there was NOT a lot of support for Quinn in her current state....hence the rework happening in the first place. "Quinn mains" just need to stop...

Bottom line I see on this forum is "You can't please EVERYONE...but you can please MOST people." {i.e server move, speaking of which anybody bitch about that lately?...nope!!!

I can't possibly be the only person that doesn't get PERSONALLY offended for the changes Riot makes!!! lol

I don't mind giving Riot a chance to see how a rework plays out. However, Riot just needs to have the balls to revert it if it doesn't work.

Theyre adding vision reduction to Q and changing around numbers for her ult and passive. I don't think it's going to turn out THAT bad.

i am a Quinn main and i have been watching her in the PBE. i see people bitch about her being weak because she lacks a blind, which was a mostly situational cc that is not the best. right now the new quinn is strong simply being able to mark a target 3-4 times in a row at 150% damage that can also crit for an additional 200-250% damage, makes the new quinn quite bursty. most these "Quinn mains" are only looking at her ult and the removed blind. her q is rediculous right now 1.0-2.0 Ad scaling based on the opponents missing health at what is basically a 2 second cooldown. (im sad it will only be around for one patch.) and people continue to forget her w passive which is much stronger now. (it used to be 20/30/40/50/60 flat movement speed.) now its 20/25/30/35/40% movement speed which is a huge ms steroid. he e is much faster therefore harder to interrupt. i will admit her ult is underwhelming (even if her roam is unparalleled). i feel like if they give quinn this ult, she needs a passive on it kind of like tahm kench.
