Rageblade Passive Display?

Can there be an indication of when the new rage blade passive will be up and ready to be used on your next attack? There's no indication of when or which attack will trigger the passive. Players using the item should be informed of when the passive is available for strategy and timing purposes. Most passives from items indicate their usage on the item slots; lifeline, spellblade, rage, etc. Even Immolate has a visual display that shows the passive is in effect.
