Having sylas as an anti mage sucks. So instead make his shield like Camille Passive. Revert his E to hitting the second cast give a shield but change it. When it hits the target and depending on the max amount of AP or AD damage will give sylas a shield against whatever damage. Maybe increase its speed more if that isn’t enough. Stoping changing 100 things at once to nerf or buff him. You’re changing the champ itself at this point. It’s like we’re getting another ryze. This will kind of go with the lore of his chains stealing magic/ability (aka AP/AD) from his enemies.

True, it really does not make sense that Sylas is now supposed to counter mages. Like what the hell is Rito thinking after releasing the comics? On top of that, they made his AD matchups much harder now, to the point that Sylas is not worth anymore to play against a Yasuo or Zed for example.

I think he should keep the normal shield on E1, but with a smaller AP ratio, that would do the job far better.
