Gold 3 Random LP Drop After Win

I wanted to play a game of ranked and I was at 66 LP. After winning the game I had a 21 LP increase. But my LP was at 8 and increased to 29. And when doing to the ranked later it was indicated that I had dropped in the ladder even after winning. Have submitted 2 bug reports and have gotten nothing in response. I want my 60 LP back.
