DOES WINDSPEAKERS BUFF SELF HEALS OR NOT?
I have seen too many people take it on Vlad and Aatrox and other ridiculous things to not ask this question. I was led to believe it doesn't work like that and for the most part I still do. Pls help.
Increases self heals, does not provide the extra resistances.
It increases the self-heals/shields and heals and shields on others by 10% however it will only apply the bonus Armor and MR when shielding of healing an ally.
I think it works on self-heals but wont provide the resists.
easy way to test is make a custom game with nami and don't take windspeaker. Heal yourself at level 1. See the value...keep everything the same but 2nd time take windspeakers and heal yourself again. Compare the value.
