That's basically how DotA balances itself, I just wish Riot would realize that all these precise tweakings mean absolutely nothing in the long run, they're too obsessed with creating new metas and having strong weak picks rather than having everything strong, viable and fun to play.

To bad DotA is clunky as shit.
