my ping jumped from 100 to 480 today.

okay so as usual, i played 3 games today. all 100 ping, i was fine. then out of nowhere in my 4th game i got 480 ping and it takes 4 second delay to move. now i played 2 more arams to test my ping and its still 480 ping. i checked my speed, no one else is using my internet. its just me and i did everything i could. its not my modem or my internet that is the problem. im wondering if anyone else is having this problem too?

PUTTING THIS IN GAME AND BALANCE BECAUSE THIS BOARD IS DEAD!
