i got 4 hexakill wins and no icon yet
they wanted 3 and i got 4. and it was since yesterday.
its been a whole day so far. i thought it would come after a few hours but no...
anyone know whats happening?

Gimpness2 votesIf you still don't have an icon in 3 days make an official ticket item with riot. If you do this someone will get back to you within 1-48 hours and eventually it will be fixed.
I had to do this for my hard candy icon and will probably have to do it again for the other gifting icon.
