Whenever I play an AP champ I will always buy a morello or try to because somehow theyre gonna heal off of something.

I think the larger problem with this question is what constitutes a "healing source". Does Alistar count? Does Alistar count once they have Spirit Visage? Do only champions with healing powers count?
I mean, at some point we have to accept that assessing the opposing team and making efficient item buys is part of the skill in the game.
It should just be two item one for assassins and one for grievous wounds.
