Please make return 9% of maximum mana when crits. Please also make available from the shop in practice tool so we don't have to spend 10 minutes charging it just to practice with it.

Disagree on the Essence Reaver Runaan synergy. That just gives way too much mana sustain and you know how much Riot hates sustain. That's why they removed mana potions in the first place.

I agree with the Muramana thing though.
