What do you all think of Full Tank Poppy Support?

As someone whos been playing it and getting more fed than my ADC...

passive procs this item. also procs melee bandit... and other things melee

Very good vs assassin teams.

I think its nice, but I only tried it once and had an ally fizz cursing me for trying something in norms, but I guess ill try again.

A weak lane and needing to play against champions with dashes, who will dive her backline makes it very situational.
