That's when it's most important to keep tabs on the enemy jungler, either by warding or through callouts. If you know their jungler is in topside, they only have two places to gank and at that point it comes down to things like:
1 - Which lane are you closer to?
2 - Where do you think they'd go? (Based on things like your laner's mobility, ability to 1v2, etc.)
3 - Did they tap a vision plant to clear wards/are any of your laners warded up?
And of course, obligatory mention, if you know where the jungler is or have a strong feeling they might gank soon, **just tell your laner to throw up a few wards or play safe for a bit. **
If you don't think you can reach a lane in time to countergank (or you picked the wrong one) you can either force a gank/towerdive in the lane you went to or head back to invade their jungle and take a camp or two. Depending on the scenario you might also be able to take an objective like herald or dragon.
