Please for a consensus among the community ... in your opinion, experience what champs are deemed currently not broken and not over powered ?

there was a long rant the other day on the boards posted how ashe is broken and unfair

the person said she had a bullshit passive, her Q is flat out broken and her W was overpowered

They're not wrong, she does have a toxic kit however the only thing making her dealable is the fact she's an ADC. She's stupidly oppressive, and a good ashe is complete aids with her constant vision control on the jungler with E+ultimate snipes on mid laners who do their best just trying to avoid the enemy jungler. I do think she's weak in stat numbers but its what she does that makes her champion design really irritating depending on the patch.

I can't think of a "balanced champion" any champion that shows up once or twice in the patch notes clearly has a point in time where they're too weak or too strong, and that trend is guaranteed to shift at some point in the future to either side.

If there's any champion that doesn't make me say "fuck me" or "this should be easy" its probably Nami as everything she does is telegraphed, counterable, and she's not super weak either. She does a job but its not an insanely annoying one unlike janna, lulu, or raka, where you feel cheesed when they do theirs.

I spent about 15 minutes editing this post just looking at the champions list and I legitmately couldn't find anybody I think is "balanced" or will stay balanced for awhile besides nami... this is sad.

ashe has two damage abilities

her entire damage comes from autos...

per 6 she is a sitting duck and easily ganked cuz her volley will push waves

she is played more for utility of her kit then her damage ( however if she gets ahead she can be a hyper carry dont get me wrong )

but mainly ashe is somewhat a safe adc due to the fact regardless if she is behind her slows, aoe slow and ult with her vision is always useful even if she dont have damage to back it up to carry. you dont have to carry as ashe if you have other damage dealers on team. you just gotta set them up with ULT and her kit creating picks

maybe? but then again someone somewhere is gonna get counter by a kayle ... and say they cant lane vs her top and she nullifies their attempt to kill her cuz of her broken unfair ult .

just saw a post that there is no counter play to nocs ult

aatrox at one point was consider broken and unhealthy cuz 'drain tanks" are "bad of the game"

people cry you cant beat yorick in lane

and shen is in the shitter cuz he has a global ult ... most champs with globals have really unpowered kits outside their ults
