Which 4800 IP champ should I get?

I prefer solo lanes such as mid and top lane ( less stress than having a useless ADC/support or being a jungler when all lanes fail at farming).

I currently have my eye on Brand, Fiora, and JarvanIV.

As usual, I'm indecisive. So I'm asking you guys for help on which would be a good choice, or should I save up for a certain champ?

If you don't have her already, Irelia is a great choice. Fiora is really strong and too. Those are my thoughts so do what you want with them XD But Irelia powerspikes really well.

I tried Irelia, not really my thing.

I've never tried Fiora but my main tops are Garen, Darius, Kayle, and Malphite. I've been trying out Kennen and I'd say go for that. He seems like a great situational champ to pick if you're top main.

Brand is a good mid though, great damage output.

What type of champ are you looking for? Its hard to compare a mage, a melee adc and a tank.

A champion that punishes enemies for dueling.

Well for 4800 ip i would go with Lee Sin or Renekton. They have a really strong early game, before a lot of deulist get very strong, and this allows them to bully hard. Lee is more of a jungle, but i have seen him play top decently well. He is pretty difficult to master though. Renekton just dominates dueling early. other good duelist are irelia, fiora, and jax. Jarvan is an ok duelist, but he is really more oriented around really strong early jungling and ganks. He can do some early game bullying top, but i would suggest renekton over him. Teemo is strong against a lot of duelist, because most duelists are aa based.

I feel like if Fiora ever gets any buffs, she'll become an unstoppable splitpushing machine once again, so she is prob your best bet if you're ready for the long haul.
