Our last few Riven changes didn't hit the results we were looking for, disproportionately weakening the players who are newer to her and don't have the same level of familiarity.

So What youre saying is that the last nerfs raised the skill floor of a champion who's sole identity is having a high skill floor... And so you dropped said floor 6 feet into the ground and made Riven basically unbeatable by giving her an 8 second cd AD scaling shield that's also a dash and she can cut the CD in half and also she builds 45% CDR anyway so it'll be basically ALWAYS up?

When did Boxbox become a Rioter? ~~Also those vayne buffs are super unfair to Twitch. ~~

I should be surprised by this but really, I'm not. Giving champions sustain and tankyness when they are also able to one burst a champion is always a bad idea. IMO Riven should be the: "I should look for a good spot to go in to deal the max amount of damage with the lowest risks.", and not the "LEEEEET'S GOOOOOOO RQQQWEQQQEQQQWEQQQ" kind.

I quote from the patch notes:

"Our last few Riven changes didn't hit the results we were looking for, disproportionately weakening the players who are newer to her and don't have the same level of familiarity. We're trying again by reverting back to her pre-9.9 state and adding a simpler nerf to her E instead."

"E - Valor COOLDOWN 14/13/12/11/10 seconds ⇒ 12/11/10/9/8 seconds"

Calling it a Nerf to her E, yet it's reducing CD rather than increasing, and making no other changes such as the AD Ratio or base values. Does anyone else see what's wrong with this statement?

At some point the League community is just going to have to accept the fact that Riot wants certain champions to be stronger and more played then others. It's unknown as to why Riot wouldn't want each champion to be balanced but complaining about it will just waste our time.
