Are the effects of DQ boosting still with us? I have a 0/6/0 yas top in one game and a 1/9/3 kat mid in another. I understand if people have bad games but this level of incompetence should not be happening. I thought the ranked system was supposed to pair people with other people of similar skill level so that scenarios like this are far and few between. Instead, this is becoming an increasing norm.

Yas and Kata are both squishy enough that they could be easily constantly dove once their opponent gains an advantage.
Those scores really aren't that bad, since Yas could have no kills/assists due to nothing happening top except him getting crushed by a decent Riven main with the courage to dive him, and mid might be getting dove by the Swain who just tanks the tower, or constantly oneshot by the Syndra.
