Question about celerity and ahri Q
Does the back damage receive the buff damage from celerity since she get a burst of movement speed or its only affect the spell after you would get a movement speed bonus ?

You could easily test this in a custom game, if your AP goes up when you cast q then yes it increases the damage

yeah it will but will it increase the true damage on return?
Yes.
the back damage should increase, yes
the back damage should increase, yes
but it it depends if the skill is designed to recalculate damage when it returns or if it calculates the damage upon cast. in which case it wont get the buff.
and i don't know the code so i cant tell you

I see what you mean now. I think it should still work, it probably calculates the damage the moment it hits.

idk its certainly possible... they could have changed some things.. i know the last time i checked (which was before pre-season) if i thew a max range
spear and leveled up the ability during its travel time it will still do the damage based on when i threw it. not the increased damage when it hit. btu then they could have changed the code or the code could take into account AP changes but not skill l3evel changes or it could be an entier different set or rules for spells that can affect more than one unit.. i really don't know.
people responded "yes"
and your AP is clearly going to go up when u cast it... but whether or not that increased AP is taken into account when it "hits" the enemy i don't know.. and if it is, then should also effect the skill going out. becuase the instant you cast it you get the speed boost and they ir before it contacts any enemy... so i really don't know.
Just tested it for you, yes it does.
