Any news on Kassadin getting a buff//change/etc.?

As in the title, noone can really say that is in a good spot right now, with his winrate consistently being in the lower end, fluctuating at 40-42% which usually means the champion is godawfull // unviable. Is he gonna get some sort of change to make him at least a little better? His damage is probably the worst out of all champions that are designated as an assassin and can't really successfully assassinate until the 40 minute mark even if he gets ahead.

I just wish I had a reason to play him over the cancer that is LB...
