Aatrox changes don't really adress his problems

Been playing Aatrox since he came out, these changes aren't actually helpful to him.

Passive- no longer gives him attack speed in the jungle which kind of sucks

Q- the damage is up which is good, but the radius is still small as fk and has a long ass cooldown

W- removed the only interesting thing about his kit which was the tripled healing under 50%

E- now that it does physical damage it can apply black cleaver which is good but also gets countered by ninja tabi which is built against aatrox frequently.

R- no changes which is really disappointing because his ult is still a bland ability that scales off of Ap for some reason.

He's still not a reliable pick and will remain garbage tier until his problems are actually addressed. Also his W has been bugged with phantom hit for the longest time, please fix

Imo the fact that his kit is so basic dosen't allow him to ever be good: he needs a complete rework on one of his main abilities(Q,E,R) that would still sinergize with the fact that he's an autoattack based bruiser, like a cleanse from cc on his ultimate, his E dealing split damage (half phisical and half magic depending on which part of the skillshot you get hit by) or his Q actually rewarding him for hitting it maybe making him capable of creating terrain like jarvan does but that you can destroy like a yorick wall or simply making it harder to react.

He should build differently.

Base AD ratios on his passive and Q means he will want to be in fights for a long time. I would not be surprised to see Sheen built on him with these changes in place, and I would expect Sterak's Gage to be very core.

I agree, i feel like he will still be a pretty bad champion that will just stay at dumpster tier, he really needs a complete rework that makes him meet his thematic goals

I agree, play one game as aatrox and you will instantly realize the only thing that makes him a tiny bit viable is the increased heal on his w, 5% of his missing health is so much weaker

Passive persistent attack speed was a big problem and is gone. Both needing and being punished for building HP is being fixed. I don't understand what you think is a problem. Sure the physical damage E gives armor stackers a SLIGHT edge but a pre mitigation heal like the one on blood thirst will always give you the upper hand over tickler tanks.

Only thing I would advise is something to extend blood rush in the jungle.

Well yeah, he still has the 2 worst basic abilities in the game, and honestly his jungle is gonna take quite a hit too since hitting monsters doesn't let him keep his bloodwell boost.

i thought he got the blood rush from spamming abilities, so shouldn't he get it in jungle?
